🌳 Community Event - A tree-mendous success! 🌳

The tree and sapling weekend was a resounding success. All 70 trees and all of the approximately 200 saplings were planted over the weekend of 19th and 20th March. Our local Ward Councillors and MP Andrew Gwynne attended and mucked-in by planting lots of trees!

It was lovely to meet local residents and hear why planting a tree on the greenspace was so special to them. Residents have history and connections to the green space dating back over 50 years.
