We are so excited to finally be able to open Dane Bank Green Space to the community!

Join us at 10.00am for our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. MP Andrew Gwynne will be cutting the ribbon and declaring Dane Bank Green Space open!

Walk along and around the brand new footpath which goes all around the greenspace, then spend some time celebrating with us.

• Bring a picnic and a blanket & friends and celebrate with us on the green space.

• Picnics - we have 3 brand new picnic tables if you don't have a blanket

• Teddy Bears' Picnic (at 11.30am & 1.00pm) - children can bring a teddy, picnic and blanket and join us for half an hour for a story, songs and colouring (children MUST be with an adult at all times)

• Outdoor Yoga Taster Session (11.00am) - Bring a yoga mat if you have one!

• Tombola stall - bring some cash to have a go at winning a prize (card reader also available on the stall)

• Stevie's Ice Cream Van - yum, ice creams, milkshakes, cookie dough & more 🍦🍦

• Bouncy Castle 🏰

• Face Painting 🦊

• KidsGoWild Forest School - Gruffalo & Minecraft self-led trails

• Angling Club pond will be open for you to look around and see their improvements

• Tameside People 4 Wildlife

• Coffee Van and Refreshments ☕

• Stretch tent & gazebos available for IF it rains (but let's think positively for glorious sunshine!) 🌞🌞🌞
